STORE POLICY

Delivering Quality products to our customers is our top priority and focus. We promote picking up the product from our store than shipping it to your location. Due to the nature of our all natural products, some of the products could melt during transit due to the weather conditions. Please place it in the fridge for at-least an hour before using.

We make your order mostly during weekends, and will get in touch if the item is ready for pickup. It you have opted to be shipped to you, we would dispatch it on Tuesday. We appreciate your patience.

Returns

Most of the #YCWM products are made specifically for you and cannot be sold again, so we do not accept returns. Also, for safety and hygiene reasons this product cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online without trying them, that is why we try to offer our products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
